Café Startup Manager — Lead a Brand‑New Site to Shine

Compass Group UK & Ireland is opening a brand-new Taste Café in Newbury, and seeks a Café Manager to bring the site to life from day one. You’ll lead operations, set standards and shape the cafe’s look, feel and service, turning a new space into a destination customers return to for great coffee and food.

You’ll oversee recruitment, training and ongoing development of a motivated team, driving a warm, welcoming environment with a focus on quality and efficiency.
