7:00am – 7:00pm

Role Overview

We are currently looking for full-time permanent Food Production Operatives to join our day shift. You will work with a great team that is fun and is supported by leaders who have grown through the business and are ready to pass on their knowledge and expertise. Immediate start available for the right candidates.

Accountabilities

  • Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, start up checks etc.) to start a production cycle
  • Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed)
  • Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines
  • Loading products into trays and bags as per customer specifications
  • Preparing finished products ready for despatch and deliveries
  • Ensuring all products and packaging are correctly labelled
  • Adding cardboard sleeves to packed products
  • Ensure all stock being loaded or unloaded matches the relevant paperwork / load plan
  • Maintaining a safe, clean and tidy working environment
  • Manual Handling Equipment in a safe and timely manner

Requirements

To be successful in this role you don’t require any previous experience, just a willingness to learn, progress and help the team.

  • Ability to commute to site based in Chessington KT9 1TW
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to read, write and speak English is a must
  • Willingness to learn
  • Good team player
