Barnardo’s Highland Services is seeking compassionate individuals to join the Springboard Outreach Service as As and When Outreach Workers across the Highland area, supporting care-experienced young people transitioning to adulthood.
This flexible role involves building trust, providing practical and emotional support in homes and communities, and travelling within Caithness, Sutherland, Inverness as needed.
