We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Breakfast Chef at Manchester Airport, working in our outlets to deliver exceptional food and outstanding customer service with a highly trained and motivated team.
The Role
As part of the team, you’ll be responsible for delivering well‑prepared breakfast dishes in a timely manner while ensuring compliance with hygiene, health and safety, and allergen protocols. You’ll work closely with the front‑of‑house team to deliver a positive experience of every guest.
Main Duties
- Assist in all areas of food preparation and service.
- Work closely with the front‑of‑house team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Ensure the quality, quantity, and presentation of food meets company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness in food preparation areas and ensure adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.
Requirements
We are seeking individuals who are passionate about working in a dynamic kitchen environment and delivering exceptional food.
To Succeed In This Role, You’ll Have
- Previous kitchen, food preparation, and service experience (airport setting helpful but not essential).
- The ability to identify and address potential health, safety, and hygiene concerns, escalating where necessary.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with team members.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- The ability to manage stock, reducing waste, and maximising revenue.
