HR Support & Payroll Administrator — Hybrid

Essex County Council in Braintree is seeking an HR Support Officer to join our Corporate Services HR team. The role focuses on payroll processing, contract production, recruitment coordination and general HR administration, with responsibility for iTrent administration and employee lifecycle changes.

The successful candidate will provide first level HR advice, work with line managers to resolve HR issues, and contribute to accurate, timely HR records.
