Support Worker: Personal Care & Activities (Driving UK)

Creative Support Ltd. seeks an experienced Support Worker for our Jarrow service to provide personal, practical, emotional and social support to adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.

You will work as part of a dedicated team, delivering person-centred support, building trusting relationships, and enabling residents to engage in meaningful activities while rota-based hours include evenings and weekends.
