Multiskilled Tradesperson – Social Housing (Van & Fuel)

Mears Group PLC is seeking a Multi Skilled Operative in Croydon. This full-time, permanent role offers a salary up to £38,000 per year, a company van and fuel card, and a 42.5-hour week (8am–5pm, Monday to Friday).

You will perform domestic repairs across tenanted social housing, tackling carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling and decorating tasks. Applicants must have full UK driving licence, be able to work independently, and deliver high customer service in residents’ homes.
