Retail Security Specialist – Safe, Customer-First Store

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a Retail security officer to deliver exceptional customer service and create a safe shopping environment free from crime. A current SIA licence is preferred, with training possible in some cases.

The role requires a full 5-year checkable history and involves various shifts to be discussed at interview. Responsibilities include patrolling the store, deterring crime, using CCTV for loss prevention, and liaising with management and police partners to maintain safety.
