Global Ops Leader, UK/US Hardware & AI Scale-Up

MAGIC AI is scaling a connected hardware + AI product across the UK and US. The senior operator will own the run-the-business to ensure product and growth can compound without ops becoming the bottleneck.

You will lead four pillars: supply chain, inventory & finance, HR & legal, and the cross-functional operating system, partnering with the CFO and CMO to hit targets. This role demands 10–15+ years of operating experience with international scope and a track record of scalable processes.
