Support Worker – Complex Care (Days, Driving Required)

Creative Care – Leicester Complex Care Service is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist adults with complex care needs at our Leicester site. You will provide compassionate, person-centred care, assist with daily living activities and support residents to maintain independence.
