Maintenance Technician – College Facilities (Ware, UK)

Join Hertford Regional College as a Maintenance Technician to support the Estates Team Leader and Facilities Manager in delivering an efficient estates service. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance, open/inspect buildings for daily use, conduct end-of-day security checks, operate the maintenance system, and coordinate with external contractors for specialist work.

The role requires a good general education, a full driving licence and experience in a similar maintenance role.
