About the Role
As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the efficient and accurate delivery of our global finance operations. Working as part of a collaborative, high‑performing team, you’ll be responsible for processing transactions, resolving queries, and ensuring our Accounts Payable activities run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process supplier invoices and employee expenses in a timely manner.
- Support weekly payment runs, ad‑hoc payments and direct debit processing.
- Manage supplier onboarding via our procurement portal.
- Handle corporate credit card transactions and travel provider invoices.
- Respond to supplier and employee queries, delivering excellent customer service.
- Perform supplier and ledger reconciliations.
- Support month‑end activities and resolve workflow or technical issues.
- Process complex invoices and credit notes with accuracy and attention to detail.
What We Are Looking For
We’re seeking someone who combines strong technical capability with a proactive, team‑focused mindset.
Essential
- Part‑qualified AAT or qualified by experience.
- Experience working with an ERP system (Unit4/Agresso preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Experience in a transactional finance team or administrative role.

- Strong communicator with excellent customer service skills.
