Location: HMP Lowdham Grange, Old Epperstone Rd, Lowdham NG14 7DA.

Hours: 39 hours per week, rota basis 08:00‑16:30 Monday‑Friday (15:30 Friday).

Salary: £30,866 – £36,135 per annum, dependent on experience.

Responsibilities

• Routine and non‑routine maintenance.
• Mains water supply repairs.
• Fault finding and identification of life‑expired equipment; checking, repairing and making good faults.
• Inspections, water sampling and risk assessment.
• Any other duties commensurate with the role.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 2 in Plumbing and Heating with experience in plumbing maintenance.
• Experience operating light plant.
• Legionella awareness and compliance desirable.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience in a commercial environment.
