Front-Door Safeguarding Lead – Family Help Service

The Borough of Lambeth is seeking a Team Manager for the Family Help Service, based in Greater London. You will lead a multidisciplinary team focused on transforming how families are supported at the front door of children’s services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in social care, clear decision-making capabilities, and be passionate about improving family outcomes.

This is a 12-month secondment with a salary of £56,436 pa, progressing to £59,574. You will work full-time in a dynamic environment committed to early intervention and safeguarding.
