Russian or French Speaker Lifestyle Manager

My client is a lifestyle management company. As they are expanding they need a Russian Speaker team member.

Important: Night Shift Work , 4 Days A Week

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Elite manner towards international elite members
• Quick response to lifestyle & leisure-related requests via telephone or by email
• Undertake research and actions that required
• Ability to manage Russian and English speaking members in the same quality

Ideal Candidate

• Fluent spoken and written English and Russian
• Background in customer service or luxury travel & leisure
• Good knowledge of worldwide travel destinations
• ‘Can-do’ attitude
• Fast learner who always strives to deliver above and beyond expectation
• Confident, with ability to prioritise and meet deadlines working under pressure.

Profile

Candidates with hospitality, customer relations, account management skills are preferred.
