We’re looking for ambitious graduates, ideally with an MSc in Mathematics, Physics, Operational Research or another quantitative discipline, who are analytical, curious and eager to solve complex business problems. No aviation experience is required.

We’re particularly interested in graduates with knowledge or experience of simulation techniques who can help enhance fast‑time simulation capabilities. This could include university or project experience in areas such as discrete event simulation, agent‑based modelling, operational research or mathematical modelling.

The Opportunity

From day one, you’ll work alongside experienced consultants on projects covering operational performance, strategy, policy, regulatory analysis and simulation. You’ll receive structured training, mentoring and early exposure to client‑facing work.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting consulting projects from analysis through to delivery.
  • Researching, analysing and solving complex operational and business problems.
  • Supporting the development of fast‑time simulation models and quantitative analyses.
  • Preparing reports, presentations and client recommendations.
  • Working closely with colleagues, mentors and clients.

About You

  • Strong academic background, ideally with an MSc in a quantitative discipline.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • An interest in simulation, modelling or operational analysis (academic or project experience is sufficient).
  • Good Python and/or R skills, plus SQL and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and teamwork skills.
  • Motivated to build a long‑term career in consulting.

What’s on Offer

  • Tailored mentoring and career progression.
  • Opportunities for international travel.

Note:

Applicants must be UK nationals or EU citizens with settled or pre‑settled status. Unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
