Customer Success Executive

We are looking for a new Customer Success Executive to help us find and onboard the very best activities and venues to our platform.

• 2 days per week (16 hours), work can be split into half days
• £110 per day plus bonuses

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Bookado’s relationship with venues
• Upload and maintain venue listings
• Quality check existing venue listings and offers
• Organise special offers with venues and work with Marketing Manager to communicate offers
• Facilitate client venue tours when necessary
• Maintain an internal database of contacts and offers

Qualifications

• Motivated, passionate and personable
• Comfortable with frequent travel; must be able to commute to Putney, Southfields or Fulham in SW London at least one day per week
• Previous experience not required
