Head of Product Design — AI-First Experience

PolyAI is seeking a Head of Product Design to define and scale its design vision across Voice, Webchat, WhatsApp, Email, SMS and future AI-driven experiences. You will lead the Product Design function, shaping how millions of users interact with PolyAI across the product ecosystem.

The role combines hands-on leadership with people development, establishing a clear design strategy, raising quality across customer touchpoints and partnering with Product, Engineering and the wider business.
