Head of Year — Student Progress & Culture Lead

Affinity Learning Partnership is recruiting a Head of Year to lead a year group within our supportive pastoral team. You will guide students daily to ensure high progress, strong behaviour, and a culture of belonging, liaising with SENDCO, EWO, and families to intervene swiftly when targets aren’t met.

The role combines leadership with frontline support, including first aid duties, in a fast-paced environment. You will foster a positive year ethos and be a key contact for students and families.
