Field Service Engineer (Packaging Machinery)

We are a UK subsidiary of a multi‑billion turnover company providing manufacturing machinery for F&B, e‑commerce, automotive and other sectors. We are growing and looking to expand our team.
This role involves covering a regional patch (primarily within 2 hours, with occasional overnight stays) conducting PPM and breakdown repair on automation and manufacturing machinery. You will receive specialist training and opportunities to increase your earnings through phone‑based on call.
The Role
- Undertake PPM, breakdown and other servicing work on packaging machinery.
- Cover sites across a regional patch, with regular overnight stays (average 40 per year).
- Receive training on specialist machinery and software.
- Use a company van for personal use.
- Participate in an on‑call rota (phone based) and bonus scheme.
The Person
- Service or multi‑skilled maintenance engineer.
- Mechanical or electrical background.
- Willing to undertake overnight stays as required.
