Senior F&B Lead: Live Events & Retail Operations

Levy at the NEC Birmingham is seeking a Senior Food & Beverage Lead to drive high‑quality retail operations across exhibition halls for major events. You will lead on-site teams, optimise sales performance, and ensure exemplary guest service throughout the event lifecycle.

Reporting to the Retail F&B Operations Manager, you will deputise as required, manage stock and compliance with licensing and health & safety standards, and foster a collaborative, customer‑centred team culture across venues.
