Miiro Hotels in London is seeking a proactive Front Office Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the front of house. You will inspire your team, optimise guest experiences and ensure seamless service across Reservations, Night and Concierge.

Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you will drive upselling, manage labour costs, collaborate with housekeeping and F&B, and uphold GDPR and health & safety standards, contributing to memorable stays and revenue growth.
