OneAdvanced is seeking a Microsoft 365 Specialist to monitor and maintain Microsoft 365 services across multiple customer environments, delivering 24×7 operations. You will provide second-line support for Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive and Entra ID, while administering Intune/Endpoint Manager and device compliance.
The role requires ITIL-aligned operations experience, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to work a 24×7 shift pattern, including nights and weekends.
