We’re working with a well-established and growing housebuilder based in Brentwood , who are seeking a proactive and organised Technical Coordinator to join their in-house team. This is a permanent role offering a mix of 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home , providing a healthy work-life balance alongside strong career development opportunities.
The Role:
As a Technical Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in managing the design and technical delivery across residential developments, ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external consultants.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating architectural and engineering information from design through to site delivery
- Liaising with consultants, local authorities, and statutory bodies
- Supporting the planning process with accurate technical information
- Managing the discharge of planning conditions and building regulations
- Ensuring timely issue of drawings and specifications to site teams
About You:
- Experience in a Technical Coordinator role within residential construction/development
- Strong understanding of the development process from planning through to delivery
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD and document management systems (e.g., Viewpoint, Asite)
