I’m working on a confidential search for an exceptional General Manager to lead one of London’s most recognised luxury restaurant brands.
This isn’t a role for someone who simply manages operations. We’re looking for a true hospitality leader who understands how to create an atmosphere, build high-performing teams, and deliver unforgettable guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
You’ll be responsible for leading a flagship venue with full ownership of the operation, driving commercial performance, developing an exceptional management team, and maintaining the impeccable standards expected of one of London’s leading hospitality destinations.
We’re looking to speak with General Managers who have:
- Proven experience leading premium or luxury restaurants with significant turnover
- A genuine passion for service and creating memorable guest experiences
- Strong commercial acumen with full P&L responsibility
- The ability to inspire, coach and retain high-performing teams
- Experience operating in fast-paced, high-volume environments without compromising quality
- A polished, hands‑on leadership style with exceptional attention to detail
- A background within London’s premium hospitality scene
