Year 11 Pastoral Leader: Student Support & Behavior

Randstad Education is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Officer to step into the role of Pastoral Manager for Year 11 at our Greenwich campus. You will work closely with students, families, and staff to create a positive, inclusive environment and provide pastoral care during a pivotal final year.

The role focuses on mentoring, managing behaviour, and supporting engagement to help students succeed in exams and transition to their next steps.
