Mitie Group plc is looking for a proactive Building Maintenance Helpdesk Co‑ordinator in Edinburgh. This part‑time role (25 hours per week) supports the engineering team, allocates reactive and planned work, and ensures first‑time fixes where possible.

You will use scheduling software to deploy the right engineers, maintain clear records, and keep within SLAs. A CTC security clearance is required for onsite work.
