We are looking for an outstanding Bank Support Worker with a passion for delivering excellent care. You’ll have the opportunity to work flexible bank shifts (12.25 hours each shift) at Fairways, located in a beautiful Suffolk village. Fairways supports adults with learning disabilities and associated complex needs who may have behaviours that challenge.

Job responsibilities
- Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
- Provide guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support
- Learn about individuals’ specific needs and provide help in the most appropriate way
- Assist with medical and welfare needs
- Report on medical and welfare needs as required
- Maintain a safe, clean environment for all
