Customer Assistant – Operations

Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in Operations, you will be the backstage powerhouse of our stores. It is a physically demanding, high‑intensity role that keeps our stores running like clockwork.

• Manage stock and deliveries, ensuring product availability and shelf readiness.
• Track deliveries and manage stock using digital tools, focusing on speed and accuracy.
• Support store aesthetics by keeping the shop floor clean and full.
• Work cross‑functionally with colleagues across the store.
• Adapt to changing demands, including early morning deliveries and late‑day stock moves.

Working Hours

Saturday 03:30–11:30Sunday 12:30–20:30
