Hours of Work: Part Time (0.5FTE -18.75 per week) Salary: £12,175-£14,075 (FT equivalent: £24,350-£28,150 per year)
Academic Programmes Officer Duties
- Support timetabling, exams, and assessment coordination
- Maintain accurate student records and academic systems
- Assist with exam boards and results processing
- Provide administrative support to academic staff and tutors
- Support student academic success initiatives such as study support sessions
- Respond to student queries regarding academic processes
Requirements
- Experience in higher education administration or a similar environment
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
- Experience with timetabling, scheduling, or academic processes (desirable)
- Confident communicator, able to liaise effectively with students and staff
- Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a busy setting
