Hours of Work: Part Time (0.5FTE -18.75 per week) Salary: £12,175-£14,075 (FT equivalent: £24,350-£28,150 per year)

Academic Programmes Officer Duties

  • Support timetabling, exams, and assessment coordination
  • Maintain accurate student records and academic systems
  • Assist with exam boards and results processing
  • Provide administrative support to academic staff and tutors
  • Support student academic success initiatives such as study support sessions
  • Respond to student queries regarding academic processes

Requirements

  • Experience in higher education administration or a similar environment
  • Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
  • Experience with timetabling, scheduling, or academic processes (desirable)
  • Confident communicator, able to liaise effectively with students and staff
  • Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a busy setting
