Residential Support Worker (Bank) – Transforming Lives

Shaw Trust is looking for a Residential Support Worker to join Homes2Inspire on a zero hours contract. In this role, you will promote the wellbeing of children in care, support daily routines, and encourage participation in various activities.

The ideal candidate will possess compassion, strong communication skills, and a desire to make a positive impact. The position offers an hourly rate between £13.45 – £13.77 and a sleep-in allowance. Successful candidates must pass pre-employment checks.
