Role Description
This is a full-time, role for a working from home Personal Injury Solicitor. The role involves managing a portfolio of personal injury claims, providing legal support and advice to clients, drafting legal documents, and liaising with insurers, medical professionals, and other stakeholders. The position requires maintaining compliance with legal regulations and providing high-quality client service throughout the case lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Strong legal knowledge and expertise in Personal Injury Law, including experience in handling cases such as RTA, workplace accidents, and public liability claims
- Skills in case management, legal drafting, and negotiating settlements
- Exceptional client service skills with a focus on building strong client relationships
- Sound research, analytical, and problem-solving skills to support case preparation and litigation
- Proficiency in legal technology and case management software
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) and qualified solicitor status in England and Wales
- Previous experience in personal injury law is essential, and membership in relevant professional legal associations is an advantage
