We are looking for a powerhouse Deputy Manager to join our high-volume venue in the bustling hub of Sheffield Meadowhall. The Role
As Deputy Manager, you are the heartbeat of the restaurant floor. You will partner directly with the General Manager to run a smooth, profitable operation while keeping team morale high and guest satisfaction higher during peak retail hours.
- Lead & Inspire: Coach, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
- Own the Floor: Drive outstanding, high-energy guest experiences during busy peak services.
- Commercial Impact: Oversee stock control, smart ordering, and labor cost management to protect margins.
- Keep Standards High: Maintain immaculate food safety, hygiene, and health & safety compliance.

About You
You are a hands‑on leader who prefers being in the thick of service rather than hiding in an office.
- Experienced: Proven track record as a Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager, or strong Shift Leader in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
- People Champion: Passionate about training teams and spotting internal talent.
- Commercially Savvy: Understands P&L basics, stock control, and how to drive shift profitability.
- Problem Solver: Calm under pressure with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
