Backend Engineer, AI Platform for Large-Scale Systems (London)

Dex is building an AI operating system for complex enterprise software environments. You will join a small backend team and own large pieces of the core platform, including batch processing and the LLM gateway.

Expect high autonomy and end-to-end ownership from day one as you work on multi-tenant auth, observability, and security. We design for reliability at scale, with a strong emphasis on tooling, efficiency, and collaboration.
