About the Role

We currently have an exciting vacancy within our team to enable us to continue to build on our success and bring new experience, knowledge, and ideas into the team. As a Family Hub Navigator you will be providing support to children, young people and their families through the delivery of early, family help services in order to improve outcome through the integrated Family Hub Model.

Experience of working with people who may experience disadvantage and who need support to access support and services.

Experience of working with people who may be in crisis in a calm professional manner to support them to access appropriate support and services.

Additional Information

  • An enhanced/basic DBS Check with children/adults barred list will be required.
  • Any appointment made to this role will be subject to the appointable candidate being vetted under Greater Manchester Police clearance processes. A requirement of the vetting process is a minimum of 3 years residency in the UK.
  • You will be required to work outside core hours as we deliver services from 7:00am until 5:30pm.
  • Occasional evening and weekend work will be required.
