Duty Manager — Lead Front Desk & Guest Experience

Premier Inn Gloucester is seeking a Duty Manager to lead shifts, help guests and keep the hotel running smoothly. You’ll work across reception, housekeeping and the restaurant to ensure guests have a great stay and your team has everything they need.

This is a hands‑on role—not a desk job. You’ll be on the floor coaching colleagues, briefing the team before busy periods, and partnering with the Hotel Manager to keep operations steady during evenings, weekends and peak times.
