Community & Prison Reentry Coach

Red 5 People is seeking a Community & Prison Support Coach to work between HMP Highpoint and probation services in Stradishall. You will support post‑release clients with structured planning for housing, resettlement, healthcare and life skills.

You will conduct one‑to‑one sessions, signpost to local services, and ensure continuity of support through community links. Experience in criminal justice and work with vulnerable groups is essential; criminology graduates are encouraged to apply.
