AI & Digital Support Apprentice: Hands-on IT & AI

Brash Solutions in Berkhamsted is seeking an AI & Digital Support Apprentice to join a small team of IT technicians. You will take calls from client staff, assist with a wide range of IT queries, and troubleshoot over the phone or via remote access to ensure fast resolution.

The role covers Windows PCs/Servers and Mac devices, with some travel to client sites to assist with IT support or discuss AI/digital requirements. A driving licence and access to a car is advantageous.
