Impactful Family Support Worker – Early Help

West Sussex County Council’s Early Help Service in the Haywards Heath area is seeking a dedicated Family Support Worker responsible for assessing needs and coordinating support for children, young people and families to improve outcomes and safety.

The role requires strong partnership work with parents, education, health, Police and Children’s Social Care, plus willingness to travel across the county. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.
