Impactful SEN Teaching Assistant (ARP) for Autism Support

SANZA Teaching Agency is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant for a long-term role in an ARP within a mainstream primary school in Barnet. The position starts in September and is full-time, based in school, supporting a pupil with Autism.

You will provide structured, consistent support to help the pupil engage with learning, develop social skills, and regulate behaviour within a friendly, well-resourced environment. The ideal candidate is patient, nurturing, and a team player.
