Elmleigh in Hinckley seeks an experienced Panel Builder and supervisor to lead a small team in assembling and testing electrical control panels and automation equipment at our manufacturing facility.

You will drive safe working practices (RAMS), optimise procedures, and mentor staff to deliver high-quality assemblies on time. A toolbox‑talk culture and continuous improvement are encouraged.
