Operations Manager — Lead Guest Experience & Team

Merlin Entertainments’ Cornish Seal Sanctuary in Gweek is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Senior Management team. You will work closely with the General Manager to run daily operations and deliver a memorable guest experience while achieving commercial targets.

The role includes recruitment, training and providing clear direction for the team, with full duty management responsibilities. You’ll own obstacles and drive resolution to keep the sanctuary running smoothly.
