Growth & Content Lead, Chinese Markets

LemFi is seeking a Growth Operations Manager to lead our Chinese presence across digital platforms and drive global Chinese diaspora growth. The role sits at the intersection of content, social media, and operations, shaping strategy and executing campaigns across channels.

You’ll own Chinese social channels, localize product content, and run CRM campaigns while collaborating with Product, Operations and CRM. You’ll use data and cultural insight to iterate quickly and impact growth.
