Are you an experienced UI designer who’s fed‑up with the long hours at a digital agency and would like to join a corporate environment where you can make a difference on web and mobile applications?
We’re looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to join our small, tight team. You will work closely with developers, business analysts and product managers. Your primary focus will be UI/UX design for both web and mobile, helping shape our product range from a user‑interface perspective while also conducting user research.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating highly polished user interfaces and iconography
- Gathering information on users and how they use the product to make better design decisions
- Producing deliverables such as user research reports, personas, requirements, user journeys, flows, site maps, wireframes and mock‑ups
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a consistent and appropriate UI across products and platforms
- Preparing and conducting user/usability testing, workshops and presenting results to stakeholders
We are looking for someone who can bring:
- Expertise in designing outstanding user interfaces with excellent user experience across multiple platforms
- The ability to present solutions from early sketches and wireframes to working prototypes and high‑definition mock‑ups
- A deep understanding of UI techniques, tools and application design with style guides
- UX knowledge and an understanding of HTML & CSS is an advantage
- Proficiency with Adobe CC graphics programs and prototyping tools such as Axure
- Excellent communication skills
