Summary
As a Regulatory Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring regulatory products and processes are managed effectively across mobile, fixed and converged services. You will take ownership of end‑to‑end regulatory operations, helping to ensure compliance with Ofcom requirements while supporting the delivery of consistent, high-quality customer communications. This role requires attention to detail, strong governance, and a clear understanding of regulatory frameworks to protect both customers and the business.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of end‑to‑end regulatory operations and ensure compliance with Ofcom requirements.
- Manage data, reporting and controls to maintain accuracy and compliance of regulatory products.
- Coordinate updates, respond to regulatory enquiries and support ongoing improvements across legal, compliance, product and operations stakeholders.
- Analyse performance, manage incidents and risks, and drive continuous optimisation of processes to deliver regulatory obligations efficiently.
Qualifications – Must Haves
- Experience in regulatory compliance, product governance or operational management within a regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and customer communication requirements such as Ofcom obligations.
- Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end processes and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation, reporting and performance monitoring.
- Experience managing risks, issues and controls within a governance framework.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with regulatory products such as ECN, ABTN, OTS or PAC STAC.
- Experience maintaining regulatory documentation, templates or communications.
- Familiarity with incident management tools and approaches.
- Experience supporting regulatory change delivery or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams across legal, compliance and product.
