Higher Education Coordinator – Shakespeare’s Globe

£28,033 per annum – Permanent, full‑time position at 21 NewGlobe Walk, London, UK. Closing: 3rdAugust2026

  • Provide administrative, organisational and customer‑service support across the Higher Education team.
  • Work cross‑departmentally within Education and throughout the Globe to ensure successful delivery of events.
  • Act as a company manager for a number of courses, ensuring participants receive full educational support and pastoral care.
  • Support booking processes for all activities, ensuring successful and timely reservations.
  • Assist with the preparation and re‑setting of spaces for lectures, workshops and scene rehearsals, including hospitality, technical support, props and handouts.
  • Liaise with freelancers, theatre professionals and visiting speakers to support planning and delivery of courses and events.
  • Provide logistical and operational support to delivery teams as required for the day‑to‑day operation.
  • Report to the Head of Stage (Deputy Technical Manager) and be responsible for Casual Technicians; collaborate with Senior Technicians.

Café Assistant – Polka Café, Wimbledon

Full‑time role supporting the preparation and serving of food and drink and welcoming customers.

  • Assist in café operations and customer service.

Artistic Administrator – ENB

Support the Artistic Director and Ballet Futures team in coordinating priorities, schedules and workflows that underpin the Company’s artistic activity.

  • Provide proactive administrative support to the Artistic Team.
  • Manage the Deputy Head of Electrics’ responsibilities, assisting with get‑ins, fit‑ups and get‑outs of new productions and visiting events.
  • Assist with day‑to‑day technical operations for the theatre.

Marketing Manager – Worthing Theatre & Museum

Responsible for planning and delivering marketing and communications activities for the WTM, including one‑night event campaigns and strategic support for week‑long productions and pantomime.

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for events.
  • Manage digital and CRM platforms to support marketing campaigns.
  • Provide customer‑focused promotion and communication.
  • Work cross‑departmentally to ensure alignment of marketing activities.

Stage Deputy – Disney’s The Lion King (Freelance)

Casual freelance position for stage support during scheduled performances.

  • Assist with stage duties during performances.
  • Provide support for up to 10 weeks, with potential longer term.
