Lead Learner Support Officer (SEND) – Term Time

University Centre West Anglia in Downham Market is seeking a Learner Support Officer Supervisor (Term Time) to lead and supervise the Learning Support Officer team, delivering high quality educational, social and emotional support to pupils with SEND and other needs.

You will coordinate daily support arrangements, promote inclusive practice, monitor provision standards and work with teaching staff, families and external agencies to help pupils achieve their full potential.
