F1 Build Spec Engineer – Race-by-Race Car Config Lead

Cadillac Formula 1 Team is seeking a Build Specification Engineer in the UK to own and manage the car’s documented technical definitions and build specifications for each event. You will coordinate design, production, assembly and race operations to ensure technical coherence and readiness.

The role requires an experienced engineer with strong F1 car knowledge, autonomy, and proactive cross-functional communication to align parts, timing, and configurations across race runs.
