Senior Improvement Programme Manager (SPE+)

East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a senior Programme Manager (Improvement) to lead major improvement programmes and drive delivery of SPE+ initiatives. The role supports the Improvement Practice and PMO, designing training to build capacity and capability across the organisation.

You will work with senior colleagues to plan, schedule and deliver initiatives, facilitate teams, monitor progress and report to governance forums, applying Lancet-aligned improvement tools and methods.
