Plumbing engineer

ROLE: Plumbing EngineerHOURS: Full TimeLOCATION: Norfolk

We’re looking for a Plumbing Engineer who will work with a range of Mitie clients undertaking inspection and repairs across a variety of commercial plumbing and drainage installations.

Role Responsibilities (4–5 Points)

• Undertake inspections, adaptations, and repairs across commercial plumbing and drainage systems.
• Carry out pipework inspections and remedial work to a high standard of service delivery.
• Respond to client queries, report defects, and keep clients informed during service visits.
• Accurately complete all work-related documentation, including inspection and remedial logs.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards, Permit to Work procedures, and safe systems of working.

Required Qualifications (3–5 Points)

• Background within Maintenance / Facilities Management environment or similar.
• Qualified to C&G Level 2 / NVQ Level 2 or equivalent / technical diploma.
• Good knowledge of Health & Safety and safe systems of working.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Physically capable of carrying out the full duties of the role.
